We take great take pride in creating quality products under the Airs & Graces brand name.
If an item is faulty or damaged, we will gladly replace it. If the product is out of stock we will refund you or provide a credit. If you would like to exchange the styles, size or colour, or simply change your mind we will provide you with an exchange or credit.
All returns must be received back to our Auckland warehouse within 30 days of purchase in original condition.
How to process a return:
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will reply with an address label
- Print and attach the label to the front of the package
- Send it back to us to arrive within 30 days of your original purchase via a tracked delivery service
- We will let you know once it has come back to us and process your exchange, credit or refund
- If we receive an item after the 30 day returns period, credit will be issue rather than a refund, at our discretion.
- All products need to be returned in original condition and unused with tags.
- Airs & Graces are not responsible for any costs in returning the product.
- We are not responsible for the delivery method you choose to return the product to us. We recommend using a tracked delivery service.
